Bavarian Bonsai Days 2011 #2

These are just a few of the trees which were on exhibit. There were demonstrations by top artists, lots of vendors and other programs. Those who live within driving distance and wer not there have missed something

The Bavarian Bonsai Days of 2011 took place in Karlsfeld which is a small town close to the northeast of Munich, Germany.

Hey Walter, thanks so much for posting these trees!

I'm curious, what kind of tree is that in picture #15? It almost looks like a Sugar Maple but the tips are rounded instead of pointy. . . .

this is an ordinary European field maple, Acer campestre.
