First an intensive workshop
with Steve, Paul, Walter and Larry.
Larry, Steve and Paul had each a ponderosa pine to work with. Walter had this phantastic Colorado blue spruce (Picea pungens).

last week I was in Denver, Colorado and stayed with my friend Larry Jackel. Here some glimpses into his garden.

The first seven are ponderosa pines, Pinus ponderosa.
Then douglas fir (Pseutotsuga menziensis)
then a huge piece of deadwood of Rocky Mountain Juniper
Rocky Mountain Juniper (Juniperus scopulorum)
Limber pine (Pinus flexilis)
