The monster Rocky Mountain Juniper

Again I had the great pleasure to visit Melvyn Goldstein in Cleveland, Ohio in March 2007. The task was to get the fat Rocky Mountain Juniper into a proper pot.

1) the tree in October 2004 with Mel Goldstein
2) to 4) Mel and Walter working on the beast
5) in a good pot finally
6) other front
7) possibly slightly changing view if this is the better front.

This tree is certainly not finished yet, but it clearly is on the way. Within the next five years the foliage will get longer and thus the almost gortesque looking deadwood will not be as apparent anymore.
