Bulgaria 2009 - the public exhibit

With great enthusiasm the members of the Bulgarian Bonsai Club came from all parts of the country and put up this tent in the Sea park of Varna. The public came and saw what bonsai is besides the cheap stuff that is for sale under the name 'bonsai' as all over the world. People were amazed. I declared this 'the birth of a bonsai nation'. Oh, did I remember the days in the early eighties when we were at that stage in Germany! Touching.
