Bonsai in Africa 2013 #9

This is a wild collected African olive, Olea europea africana. In 2002 at the African Convention in Pretoria, South Africa I had a chance to work on this wild olive. Eleven years later in Johannesburg I was offered the same tree again to countinue. It was fun to see this tree evolve. The last image is a virtual to show where I see the tree in five years. It has two possible fronts and it is up to the owner, Errol Rubin, to decide which one is the best for him.
