Woodstock V #2 the 'Buffalo'

This is a ponderosa pine, Pinus ponderosa, collected six years ago. It is probably over 500 years old and one of the biggest as bonsai. The students could work with this monster hands on and learned how to repot such a tree and put it into the right position in the pot, fixing it securely afterwards. These were historic moments to them and they now have little problems working with very large trees.
We baptized the tree 'Buffalo'.

You will have to ask Jim Doyle who sells the thing.
