visit to Harald Lehner
Harald Lehner's Bonsaigarden is close to Munich, Germany. It is always worth a trip. One sees mostly imported Japanese trees of highest quality.

Bonsai Academy in Berlin 2011
It took place on the premises of Bonsai Suteki in Berlin, Germany. The event was spread over Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday we had two formal lectures and long tree inspirations (tree critiques). On Sunday then the workshops with the trees that were discussed the day before.
