visit to Eiffel Bonsai

Günther Mainz has his garden in the vicinity of Aachen, Germany, right at the border to Belgium. On the way to Oostende I visited him.

1) Günther Mainz
2) and 3 he has lots of what he calls 'sinter stones' which he finds himself. Günther plants all sorts of trees onto the stones.
4) he has lots of terrasses oh his property
5) Japanes maples on the rocks
6) Chinese quince, promising
7) Chinese elm
8) and 9) This is what I mainly came for. I purchased quite a few and I can tell you they are heavy!
