A workshop in Switzerland part 1

On Saturday, April 14 2007, I led a workshop in Haegingen in Switzeland. This is a small town between Zurich and Bern. Andi Dorfinger is the driving force there. He organizes many workshops and the yearly convention in the nearby Olten.

Here Andi with his Japanese red pine (Pinus densiflora). This tree was collected in Korea mayn years ago. Then imported into Japan and then sold to Europe. There someone styled it but was not happy with the result and sold the tree to Andi. We decided that the optical weight of the crown was far too strong.
